Bundle includes sterile Mini-Strainers with 10 µm mesh and sterile 5 ml polystyrene (PS) tubes (12x75mm). The combination of a flow cytometry tube and cell strainer offers a convenient way to prepare laboratory samples for flow cytometry analysis. The 10 µm polyethylenterephthalat (PET) mesh is incorporated into the housing of the Mini-Strainer. The polystyrene round-bottom tubes are closed with a cap. Tubes and the mini cell strainers will be delivered in separate bags with 25 pcs. each.

The Mini Strainer is a universal sample preparation device (or cell strainer) to remove or concentrate particles from small volumes (up to 800 ul). Its unique design allows fitting on a wide variation of tubes, e.g. 1.5 ml /2.0 ml reaction tubes, 15 ml conical centrifuge tubes, FACS™ tubes, Cryo vials, 24 well plate and 48 well plate. In combination with a standard flow cytometry tube the Mini Strainer 5 µm can be used as replacement for a strainer cap.
