pluriSpin, Human CD8+ T Cell Enrichment

pluriSpin Human CD8⁺ T Cell Enrichment is designed to isolate pure, viable and untouched cytotoxic T cells from whole blood, buffy coat, cord blood or similar sample material by negative isolation. The product labels Monocytes, helper T cells, B cells, NK cells and granulocytes, while the negatively isolated human cytotoxic T cells are left in the sample. When centrifuged over a density medium the unwanted cells pellet along with the RBCs. The purified cytotoxic T cells are present as a highly enriched population at the interface between the plasma and the density medium.
