Negative (untouched) Cell Separation
Negative cell separation removes all unwanted cells. All cells, but the target cells, will bind to specific antibodies and separate. While the unwanted cells will be removed the desired cells remain unbound and “untouched” to antibodies or beads in the sample material. pluriSelect has developed the pluriSpin system which isolates untouched and highly purified cells in one step without magnets or column, thus minimizing the risk of activating or damaging the cells of interest.
