PBMC-Spin® is formulated with a density of 1.077 g/ml at room temperature, ideal for isolating PBMCs (peripheral blood mononuclear cells) from fresh sample material within 12 hours. Leuko Spin is optimized for enriching all leukocytes from fresh samples. For working with blood older than 12 or 24 hours, PBMC24+ Spin is recommended to minimize contamination with granulocytes. Additionally, Monocyte Spin and PLT Spin are available for isolating monocytes or platelets from human blood. If none of these options suit your needs, the HDSM and DDM Spin Medium Set allows you to customize the density for isolation from animal blood or similar samples, with densities ranging between 1.0 and 1.1 g/ml.
